Reina El Fadel

Reina joined MEVP nine years ago and currently serves as Senior Legal Counsel and Group CO/MLRO, where she has led numerous venture capital transactions and legal and compliance initiatives.

Reina is knowledgeable and experienced across a wide range of industries, with a focus on corporate, finance, and commercial legal matters across both regional and international jurisdictions. Her practice includes the incorporation and structuring of funds, structuring cross-border transactions, and advising on, drafting, negotiating, and reviewing a wide range of transaction documents. She also conducts and supervises legal due diligence processes. In addition, Reina has significant experience in compliance and regulatory matters across the region.

Reina has been a member of the Beirut Bar Association since 2015. She holds an LL.M. in Business Law and a Bachelor’s degree in Private Law (with Honors), both from Saint Joseph University of Beirut, Lebanon.
